Collections
CIR has a full staff of collectors specializing in the recovery of delinquent accounts. Throughout the entire process, these accounts are supervised by attorneys, experienced collectors, skip tracers and paralegals. By implementing our “cradle to grave” account practice, we provide a unique and supportive environment for our clients and their customers. Each collector is assigned a practical number of accounts to manage from the date of placement to the satisfaction of judgment. By focusing on a limited number of accounts, each collector can establish a relationship with the consumer and maximize pre- and post-litigation collection.
