SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Agency, debt-buyers, and/or law firm experience
- Understanding of collection rules and regulations
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication skills; articulate/well-spoken

ATTORNEY
CIR, Law Offices, one of California’s largest collection/litigation Firms, is seeking an Associate Attorney to handle contested cases.
The Associate must meet EVERY requirement listed below:
- 1-4 years experience in California State Court
- Experience in law and motion matters
- Trial experience
- Good communication and writing skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Commitment and punctuality
The Associate must have knowledge is the following:
- Truth in Lending Act
- Rees-Levering Act
- FDCPA
- Rosenthal Federal Debt Collection Practices Act (CCC)
